Isadora J. Seibert Scholarships
Awarded annually to graduating high school seniors from Millburn High School and Governor Livingston in Berkeley Heights, NJ who will be attending college and wishing to positively impact the world as Isadora surely did. Scholarships are awarded in the areas of education and the sciences, depending on high school. Isadora graduated from Millburn High School and Ramapo College of NJ. She was a tenured science teacher at Governor Livingston High School, in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

2023 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students who wish to pursue a career in education
or a field of science.
On the evening of June 7th, Governor Livingston High School, in Berkeley Heights, held their annual Senior Awards Ceremony. In honor of Isadora, the Foundation awarded three very deserving students with $1500 each as they continue their education in various fields of science. Additionally, on June 9th, Millburn High School senior Dylan Vanderploeg was awarded $1500 as he pursues a degree in the field of education. Thank you to all who have financially supported the Foundation over the past year as you were an important part in making this happen.

2022 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students who wish to pursue a career in education
or a field of science.
On June 7th, Governor Livingston High School in Berkeley Heights held its annual Awards Night. Three outstanding and inspiring individuals were each given $1500 scholarship awards from the Isadora J. Seibert Foundation as they pursue various fields of science in their college careers. Congratulations and we thank each of you for being you!

2021 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students pursuing a teaching career as well as to those who wish to work in any of
the science fields.
Recently, the Isadora J. Foundation happily awarded $1500 scholarships to each of the following Governor Livingston High School graduates as they continue their education in either the fields of education or science: Brian De Sousa, Mia Maguire, Tommy Puia, and Nicholas Tarabokia. Additionally, Malini Popat, a recent graduate of Millburn High School, was awarded a $1000 scholarship. Thank you all for being inspiring reflections of Isadora. Keep shining! Congratulations!

2020 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students pursuing a teaching career as well as to those who wish to work in any of
the science fields.
Congratulations to the Isadora J. Seibert Foundation's 2020 college scholarship recipients from Governor Livingston High School, in Berkeley Heights!
This year's recipients are Allison Zimmermann (music education), Taylor Rooney (medicine), and Gauthami Moorkanat, biochemistry and medicine. Due to Covid-19 and the closure of all NJ schools, scholarships were awarded through a virtual event, the Foundation's portion viewable here. We know they will continue to improve this world!
2019 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students pursuing a teaching career as well as to those who wish to work in any of
the science fields.
Congratulations to the Isadora J. Seibert Foundation's 2019 college scholarship recipients from Governor Livingston High School, in Berkeley Heights: in the field of science Samantha Felipe and Carly Zurla, future nurses, and teacher scholarship to Madeleine Reilly, future elementary school teacher. Each recipient received $2000.
Congratulations to Isabel Turner, future elementary school teacher, for being the first recipient of the Isadora J. Seibert Foundations's first teacher scholarship to a Millburn High School student. Isabel received a $1000 award.
Continue to shine brightly, making this world a better place, as Isadora did. Best of luck to each of you!

2018 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students pursuing a teaching career as well as to those who wish to work in any of
the science fields.
Congratulations to the Isadora J. Seibert Foundation's 2018 college scholarship recipients from Governor Livingston High School, in Berkeley Heights, Stacey Berliner plans to pursue a career in education and James Pitingolo, will study in the science field. Each recipient received $2000. The Foundation sincerely thanks all who have helped to make it possible to honor Isadora in this meaningful way.
2017 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students pursuing a teaching career as well as to those who wish to work in any of
the science fields.
Last evening, at Governor Livingston High School's Awards Program, the following exceptional seniors each received a $2000 scholarship from the Isadora J. Seibert Foundation: Jessica Kelly, Jaimie Diamond, Danielle Petryk, and Madelyn Forrester. The awards were presented by Isadora's sister, Tania, presently a teacher of English at the school. The Foundation awards college scholarships to students majoring in education and/or the sciences in honor of Isadora, who taught science at Governor Livingston. We are so inspired by how these students live their lives and by all that they offer to the world. Congratulations to each of them, to all the award recipients last night, and to the 2017 graduating class of this wonderful school. Additionally, we would like to thank Mr. Robert Nixon, Principal, for allowing the staff to participate in "Dress Down Week," raising over $1100 for the Foundation's scholarship fund. We are very, very grateful to the GL community for all their love and support.

2016 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students pursuing a teaching career as well as to those who wish to work in any of
the science fields.
June 8 - Scholarships were awarded to Governor Livingston High School students Kate O'Hara (nursing), Kelly Deegan (forensic psychology), Sama Manchanda (medicine), Skyler Williams (biology), Julia Gay (nutrition and food science).

2015 Scholarship
This scholarship was open to students pursuing a teaching career as well as to those who wish to work in any of
the science fields.
June 3 - Scholarships were awarded at Governor Livingston High School to Shannon Roth (elementary education and speech pathology), Noah Boldt (marine sciences), and twins Rachel Chirichella (exercise sciences) and Katie Chirichella (animal and veterinary sciences). Each student received $2000.
